There are lots of resources available to learn how to play 5th edition. The essential game rules are freely available in the System Reference Document (SRD), released by Wizards of the Coast, LLC. You can download the SRD below, or from the WotC website.
If you’d like to learn the full D&D rules, consider purchasing the core rule books available at your local game and hobby stores, Amazon.com, or Wizards of the Coast website. You can also create an account on DnDBeyond.com and access the free Basic Rules online, or purchase access to digital source books.
If you’re an aspiring Game Master, I highly recommend you check out Matthew Colville’s channel on YouTube.
