This amulet is imbued with radiant particle energy and glows a warm amber color, with crackles of blue electricity. The amulet itself does not emit energy, although when Clerics or Paladins touch the amulet they may sense the radiant energy within it. The wearer of the amulet can harness its powers by using a Particle Wand. The Particle Wand projects a radiant particle stream. This stream of energy can damage enemies and restrain incorporeal creatures.
Charges
A full amulet has 3 charges. One charge is consumed each time the wearer's wand fires a new stream of radiant energy. A single radiant stream can persist across multiple turns as long as it has restrained an incorporeal creature. See the Particle Wand for details.
Recharging
Cyclotronic Amulets can only be recharged using a full Pyramidion Stone that holds an incorporeal creature. Refilling the amulet takes an action. A single Pyramidion Stone recharges up to 3 of the amulet's charges, but the stone can only be used once in this manner. See the Pyramidion Stone for details.
