As a bonus action, this preserved meat can be consumed by a creature to become imbued with the power of dragon's breath for the current round.
The creature can use an action to exhale magical breath with one of the following effects of their choice in a 15 foot cone: acid, cold, fire, force, lightning or poison. Each creature in the area of effect must make a DC 13 Dexterity saving throw, taking 3d6 damage on a failed save or half damage on a successful save.
If this item is consumed near living dragons, it may cause social problems. Dragons don't take kindly to their brethren being eaten by other creatures since consumable dragon meat is obtained in questionable ways.
