Features

Incorporeal Movement. The Disgusting Blob can move through other creatures and objects as if they were difficult terrain. It takes 5 (1d10) force damage if it ends its turn inside an object.

Vomit Chain Reaction. When a creature is targeted by Slime Attack, they must succeed on a DC 15 CON saving throw or suffer from Vomit Chain Reaction. A creature suffering from Vomit Chain Reaction vomits on everything in a 10 foot radius. Any creature in range (excluding Disgusting Blobs) must succeed on a DC 15 CON saving throw or suffer from Vomit Chain Reaction.

Actions

Slime Attack The creature uses its action to dash through a target creature. Target must make a DC 15 DEX saving throw. On failed save, the target takes 2d8 acid damage, is knocked prone, and is covered in a slimy film. On successful save, target takes half damage and is covered in a slimy film (not knocked prone). Any creature covered in a slimy film from a Disgusting Blob takes disadvantage on attack rolls and DEX saving throws for one turn. The target must also save against Vomit Chain Reaction. See above.

Improvised Weapon The creature picks up any nearby object under 10lbs and throws it up to 30 (60) feet, causing 1d4+1 bludgeoning damage and 1d4 acid damage.

The Disgusting Blob feeds on fresh, rotting, or decaying organic material. Its main focus is to constantly find food. It grows larger over time when well fed.

Disgusting Blobs try to avoid combat. When faced with an opponent, the Disgusting Blob usually opts to slime attack the enemy before quickly escaping through a wall or closed door. The Disgusting Blob leaves a thick film of slime on anything it passes through. It prefers to be left alone and will not actively engage in combat unless provoked, startled, or interupted while eating.
