Actions
Icy Bite Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8 + 3) piercing damage plus 7 (2d6) cold damage.
Cold Breath The spectral hound exhales an icy blast in a 15-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 13 Constitution saving throw, taking 21 (6d6) cold damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The Spectral Hound is the enraged spirit of a dog that is unable to pass into the afterlife. It blindly hates all living things and wants to take the life of any living creature it encounters. This hatred for life is born out of frustration for no longer having a connection to the humanoid person it knew in life. If the Spectral Hound's owner in life was cruel, the Hound blindly takes lives in hopes of getting revenge on the former cruel owner. Some Spectral Hounds cannot be put to rest until their soul is destroyed.
