Woeful Scream Each creature within 30 feet must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw. On failure, the creature takes 3d10 psychic damage. On success, the creature takes half the damage.

Horrifying Visage Each non-undead creature within 60 feet of the ghost that can see it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the frightened condition on itself on a success.

The Woeful Banshee mourns a loss. Some banshees mourn the death of someone close to them. Others mourn the poor decisions they made in life, which they cannot take back now that they are dead. Those who hear her wails can suffer great psychic damage.
